Chemical free? When my boss asked me to be sure to write "chemical free" for this product I thought two things...
1. Surely WE would never, EVER sell ANY fish that had chemicals... (I confirmed that this is absolutely true... Whew!)
2. So does this mean that some retailers actually sell catfish that is tainted with chemicals? (I confirmed that this is true as well.) Yikes. That's just gross.
If you want the best, cleanest, tastiest, all natural, chemical-free catfish on the planet, then look no further. You just found them --- and I can tell you... They are incredible!

Deep fry, pan fry, or broil. If marinading, do so only lightly. Season with dry spices, herbs, and light sauces.
