How To Prepare: Coho Salmon H&G (no head or guts)
Pan seared, grilled, or baked... Season with fresh herbs a little sea salt and that's it. All the flavor comes from the fish!
Just don't over cook this one and you can't go wrong! When it starts to turn color, check frequently with a fork. Serve medium rare for best flavor.
