How To Prepare: Alaskan King Salmon Fillets
King Salmon Fillets can be baked, grilled, fried or smoked. This is the most oily of all salmon, so it is quite forgiving on the grill. That is, of all salmon species, it is the least prone to drying.
If grilling, use a very large spatula when removing from the grill and be careful to not allow your fillets to separate and fall apart.
Nothing is more flavorful than smoked King Salmon Fillets. Marinating time is quite fast, 30-60 minutes in the fridge with your favorite marinade should do the trick.
